... some Narwhals have two tusks? Narwhal tusks are actually front teeth; on most male Narwhals, one of these teeth grows out into a tusk, but on rare occasions (about 1 in 500 times), both will grow out. While the Narwhal has the longest teeth, it doesn’t have the most. An adult Spinner Dolphin can have as many as 252 teeth in its mouth. Somebody call a dentist!
